The beauty, simplicity, use of colour and quilting designs seen in Traditional Amish quilts speak for themselves. Sue has designed this course to start with a simple introduction to the Amish culture. Students will start by working on simple exercises to help with colour and design. Quilts can be constructed using either hand or machine piecing. Depending on choice of design, students should be well into the quilting stage by the end of the course.
