A day of fun...learning how to construct country cushions, incorporating simple appliqué and patchwork - finishing either with Log Cabin binding, ties (one or both ends), or flanged edges (like Oxford pillowcase) or a piecrust stitched edge, including chunky floor and bolster cushion. Plaids, checks, country fabrics, buttons and decorative threads all add to the rustic charm.
