Fairy/Angel on Vintage Ephemera

Free machine embroidery with a difference; a totally unique workshop. Sara has combined her love of illustration and free machine embroidery with vintage ribbons, floral embellishments, and paper ephemera. 
Sara will help you to do your own illustrations and turn them into a textile work of art. You'll be able to incorporate your own vintage trimmings and embellishments to make a really special keepsake. 
Free machine experience preferable, but if you are a complete novice you can still come and Sara will teach you the basic skills of illustrating with your sewing machine. 
Requirements

Free machine embroidery foot
(Please check the foot dog can be dropped)
Various cottons: Sara recommends dark brown and black as your basic colours
Scissors
Calico 
Iron on Vilene 
Vintage paper 
Ribbons, trimmings, miniature flowers, fabric scraps
A4 pad of paper 
Pencil
Black fineliner pen 0.2 nib
Inspiration or drawings you'd like to use
Wooden frame if you'd like to frame your finished piece
