Project Home

We are really excited that Maggie will be joining us and she has designed 2 new projects exclusively for us. Project Home is a gorgeous project on a coarse cotton background with appliqué wool, linen, cotton, vintage homespun and ticking on top.

You will purchase the kit from Maggie on the day at a cost of $85 USD, the kit includes the materials together with the pattern.  Maggie is happy to take card payments for this or you are welcome to pay in US dollars if you have them.

Maggie will discuss ways of finishing the project.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Hand sewing supplies, needle, pins

Thread – Maggies uses Coats & Clarks sewing thread summer brown 54A or 8360, but you can use any thread that you like

Scissors – short bladed ones are best

Quilters rule (optional)

Applique glue – Maggie uses a glue stick

Notebook may be handy to write down tips
