Studio Class

Students can work on any of Di’s quilt patterns that you wish to start or have already started. The quilt with the Bally Hall bird border is now finished so you may want to go on and finish this. Another finished quilt of Di’s is the one with the little bird appliquéd in the centre of a wreath of leaves. There is also another new one she has started with Petra and Nel’s new Barnsley Panel.

Di is such a patient and encouraging tutor. Her choice of fabric for every minute detail of each flower petal is unique and makes you look at fabrics in a totally different way.

Student Requirements

You will need your basic sewing kit including small sharp scissors, appliqué pins and a selection of fine appliqué threads.
