A Hare in a Day

A mixed media artist, Kate Toms creates 3D characters as well as being a published author/illustrator of  many books for the very young. Needle felting is currently Kate’s favourite technique!

Come along and make a characterful needle felted hare on this fun and informative one day workshop. Needle felting is a wonderfully simple technique whereby wool fleece is formed and sculpted with the hands and ‘fixed’ in place using barbed needles.

Ideally suited to those with some needle felting experience, though don’t let that put you off – beginners are welcome too! 
Use of tools is included and fluff supplied at an additional cost of £5.00 per person, payable to Kate on the day.
